    Have you caught a train before?
    Have you caught one that goes under the ground like a Mole?
    They are called Underground Trains.
    And they travel UNDER the city, through the Metro or Subway.
    Here are some people at the Station. And here comes the Train.
    Woosh the automatic doors open.
    And everyone gets on the Train.
    The doors close. And away goes the Train.
    Does your Mum or Dad catch the Train to work?
    The Train travels along. Sometimes it is outside.
    And then… it goes underground and into the tunnel.
    Here is an Underground Station, way down beneath the street.
    See the people waiting for the Train.
    It screeches to a stop.
    And more passengers get on and off.
    Beeeep. The doors close. And away it goes, off to the next station.
    The train moves away quickly. Make sure you stand back!
    That was fun!

    The wheels on the bus rhyme is a popular old English rhyme, that’s been modified in many different versions with different vehicles. But the charm of the original song still stays the same. It’s no wonder then, that kids love this kiddies rhyme to bits. The minute the bus song comes on, babies are all excited, ready to imitate the bus. With their hands they imitate the wheels that go round and round all through the town. With their palms they imitate the doors going open and shut. Toddlers jump up and down like the passengers on the bus. This rhyme is a family rhyme, because watching their kids have this much fun at playtime, makes parents happy as well. Well, we’re only happy to bring so much joy to everyone, through our rhymes.

    He ate a bowl of cherries

    He turned light brown
    When he ate a loaf of bread

    It makes me laugh
    when he eats ice cream
    Chocolate turns him brown
    Mint turns him green

    He loves putting sprinkles
    on a scoop of vanilla
    Can you guess what he look like?
    It’s pretty silly, yeah.

    Grapes make him purple
    Strawberries make him pink
    Oranges turn him orange
    and Blueberries … What do you think?

    He ate a bowl spinach

    Then we went outside

    He stood by a bush
    and blended right in
